Easy lunchtime noodles

Description

A good change from sangers......tasty and easy to make noodles for lunch!

Ingredients

Instructions

Packet/s of hokkien or singapore noodles (the more you put in the more it feeds)

Olive Oil

Tamari (or soy sauce)

Optional extras: zucchini sliced small, mushrooms, spinach or bok choy sliced loosely

 

Put oil and tamari in wok and heat. Add any extra vegies you feel like, then when they start to become translucent add in the noodles and stir to separate.....serve!
